As the food business operator you have a 'right to reply' to the food hygiene rating given to your food business premises.
This allows you to:
- detail the actions taken to make the required improvements, as detailed in the inspection report.
- explain if there were unusual circumstances at the time of the inspection that might have affected your rating.
Your comments will be reviewed by the food safety manager and may be edited to remove offensive or defamatory remarks before being published online at food.gov.uk/ratings and www.norwich.gov.uk/foodhygieneratings. There will also be a statement highlighting that the accuracy of your comments have not been verified by a food safety officer.
Please note that you only have 30 minutes to complete each page. Your answers will not be saved until you submit the form, so once you have started you must continue to the end. you cannot leave the form and come back to it later.
