This form is for requesting advice before a planning application is submitted to us. It can be completed by you or by your consultant / agent.
You will need to provide:
- description of the proposed development
- plans and supporting documents which must be uploaded as a PDF, JPG or Word document. Please ensure that the total amount which is to be uploaded does not exceed 20MB. There is a maximum of 10MB per document and a restriction of 5 documents
- the relevant fee by card payment. This online form only supports payment by card. If you need to pay by another method please call us at 01603 989342 or email us at planning@norwich.gov.uk
Major schemes
For major schemes of 10 or more dwellings or 1000sqm or more, a bespoke fee will need to be agreed before this online form can be completed. Please email planning@norwich.gov.uk with details of the site and the proposal.
Please note: when you start the form you must continue to the end and submit it. You have 30 minutes to fill out each page and you will not be able to save the form and come back later.
