Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) 2024-25 results to date

Thank you to the 500 tenants who have recently taken part in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey, which is conducted on our behalf by Viewpoint.

We will formally report the final results for 2024-25 after all 1,000 surveys have been completed. This will ensure the results are statistically representative and meet the Regulator of Social Housing’s technical specification for this survey.

In the meantime, we are pleased to share these mid-year results with you and the positive trends your feedback is showing.
