Thank you to the 750 tenants who have recently taken part in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey, which is conducted on our behalf by Viewpoint.
We will formally report the final results for 2024-25 after all 1,000 surveys are completed. This ensures the results are statistically representative and meet the Regulator of Social Housing’s technical specification for the survey.
In the meantime, we are pleased to share the latest results with you. Your feedback is showing positive trends, with all twelve perception measures improving compared to last year.
