Important: garage rent arrears
Garage rent accounts are now being monitored in order to identify issues with rent arrears. We will be sending arrears reminder letters to those accounts that meet a certain criteria.
What you can do if you are in arrears:
- Pay your garage rent arrears
- Set up a Direct Debit or see other ways to pay
- End your garage tenancy if you no longer wish to rent your garage or parking bay
