Norwich City Council is the data controller for Fire Evacuation Assistance, we process your personal information to comply with our legal obligations set out in the UK's health and safety legislation.
What will we do with your data?
We use it to information our Fire Evacuation procedures and, if required, support a fire evactuation. We aim to keep your information up to date and will delete in once no longer required.
What are your rights?
Under data protection legislation you have the right to
- request access to your personal information to
- ask for errors to be corrected
- restrict how your information is used
- object to how it is processed
- request that your data is deleted.

What are the consequences of you not providing data?
We will be unable to put in place any fire evactuation assistance.
How will we share your data?
Information provided for your fire evactuiation is shared internally within the Housing Service.
Externally, in the event of an incident, we will share your data with the emergency services or other public authorities invovled in coordinating an emergency response.
We may also share your details externally where we are required to do by law.
