We work in partnership with the Norwich City Dementia Action Alliance (DAA) to recognise businesses that wish to improve the lives of those living with dementia and who are helping to make Norwich a dementia friendly city.
How to apply
To qualify to become a dementia aware business the following criteria apply:
- Twenty percent of your employees attend an Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Friends information session or other dementia awareness session.
- Your employee induction includes dementia awareness and new employees or volunteers attend a Dementia Friends information session or other dementia awareness session.
- Join the Norwich City Dementia Action Alliance and pledge your support for making Norwich an inclusive city for people living with dementia.
