Borrow a laptop from a local library
All Norfolk Libraries offer a laptop loaning scheme, enabling you to borrow a laptop either for use in the library or for up to two weeks at home. This offer is available to all library members and you can become library member for free, by signing up on the Norfolk County Council’s library website.
