Statement of licensing policy for sex establishments
This consultation runs from Tuesday 20 June to 5pm, Monday 25 September 2023.
The Statement of licensing policy for sex establishments sets out the policies and principles we apply when carrying out our licensing functions under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as amended by subsequent legislation.
We are currently reviewing this policy and the purpose of this consultation is to get views on the draft policy before it is adopted.
Any comments received will be analysed with any changes incorporated as appropriate. Comments received may form part of a publicly available report as the licensing committee considers responses received.
Consultees have been contacted directly and this consultation is also seeking public comments. Please email comments to licensing@norwich.gov.uk by 5pm, Monday 25 September 2023.
