In partnership with Norwich City Council, Orwell Housing Association has redeveloped the former car park and garage site at Hanover Road.
This development provides 4 new dwellings with their own parking spaces and an additional 9 parking spaces which are intended for use by Zone S permit holders and the residents of 9-31(odds) Newmarket Road who hold an HRA parking permit.

Comments or objections to the above order must be in writing to the Executive Director of Development and City Services (reference AS/Hanover) at the address below or via email to housingdevelopment@norwich.gov.uk, stating the reasons for objection.
Any objection must be received no later than 21 March 2023.
