Biodiversity

All the sites support a rich variety of habitats and associated wildlife. On the marshes, a wide range of flora including orchids, as well as water voles, grass snakes and wetland birds, such as snipe and lapwing, can be found. The woodland habitats are home to many birds, including green and greater-spotted woodpeckers. Lion Wood is particularly good for bluebells..
