The changes aim to reflect the latest national planning policy developments and ensure that the public can continue to share their ideas and thoughts on planning decisions in Norwich. Statement of Community Involvement for Norwich is a code of practice, setting out how and when we will involve different groups, organisations and the community in plan-making and in decisions about planning applications for new development.
