Annual costs for a standard plot (125 square metres) from September 2024-25 are:
- Norwich City Council residents: £55.21 (44p per square metre)
- Discounts: £38.75 (31p per square metre)
- Non-city residents: £72.56 (58p per square metre)
A non-refundable charge of £15 will be added to your first invoice. This covers the cost of assigning your plot and providing a key.
