Plots vary in size. The standard sized plot is 125 square metres, with the potential to enlarge your plot to 250 square metres, subject to good cultivation.
An allotment is a serious commitment so we’ve produced a Get Growing Guide to what work is required on your new plot.
You will need to make regular visits to tend your plot, harvest produce and control weeds and you will need to have the time to clear and cultivate your plot when you first take it on.
