If your garden waste bin was put out by 6am on your collection day but not emptied, we will instruct our contractor to return and empty it as soon as possible. No refunds will be given for missed collections.
You must report a missed bin collection within 48 hours, otherwise it will be emptied on the next collection day.
Severe weather
The service may be suspended during severe weather. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
