- Your bin must be placed out for collection by 6am on your collection day, but no earlier than 6pm the evening before.
- Please make sure that you return your bin to the inside of your property boundary by 9am the day after your scheduled collection.
- Make sure lids are fully closed – we will not collect bins with open lids which are overflowing with rubbish.
- We do not accept waste placed at the side of garden waste bins.

Public and bank holidays
Your collection day will change if there is a bank holiday in the week of your collection. There are no collections over the two-week Christmas and New Year period.
