If you are unhappy with our decision to recharge you for a repair you can appeal against it.
You can only submit one appeal per repair recharge.
If your appeal is unsuccessful you will not be able to take the appeal any further. It is therefore important to include as much information and supporting evidence (for example photos) as possible.
