This tenant involvement panel (TIP) considers housing policy and finance issues and scrutinises the housing services performance making recommendations for the benefit of all tenants to ensure continuous improvement services to tenants.
One member of the TIP is a representative on the Association of Retained Council Housing (ARCH) tenants’ group. The tenant representative attends quarterly meetings to discuss topics of interest to all council tenants throughout England and then reports back to the TIP.
