Tower blocks
If you live in a council-owned tower block, the only animals we allow are small and confined pets like budgies and goldfish. This rule applies to you if you live in Ashbourne, Aylmer, Burleigh, Compass, Markham, Normandie, Seaman, or Winchester tower blocks.
Other properties
All pets are allowed in other types of council homes provided they are suitable for the size for the property. It is your responsibility to make sure your pets are well cared for and are not a nuisance to your neighbours.
