The easiest way to report a repair is online. Alternatively call the customer contact team between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. You should contact us if you need assistance with any of the following:
- repairs to communal lighting
- issues regarding the maintenance of the communal gardens
- queries or concerns about the collection of domestic refuse or recycling
- to arrange collection of unwanted household items (there will be a charge for this service)
- communal heating system breakdowns
