Buying and selling the property

Information required when selling your property

When you sell your leasehold property you will be required to provide details about the property to the purchaser. This information is provided in our leaseholders' information pack, or sellers' pack, which only you or your solicitor can request from us.

The pack costs £150 including VAT. 

We aim to issue it within 21 working days of receiving payment.

The pack includes:

  • Property information sheet
  • LPE1 form
  • Copies of the last three years’ service charge statements
  • Copies of any relevant Notices
  • Common area fire survey (where there are common areas)
  • Common area asbestos survey (where there are common areas)
  • Insurance summary
  • Leaseholders' handbook
