If required, face to face appointments are available to book over the phone. At the time of your appointment please access the building via our main entrance on St Peters Street or Bethel Street where there is level access.
Meetings
If you are attending a meeting or job interview at City Hall, please access the building via our main entrance on St Peters Street or Bethel Street where there is level access. Our customer support officer will show you to the waiting area in the main foyer.
The person who arranged your meeting will meet you there. Please use the phone provided to let them know you have arrived.
Public meetings
Members of the public and the media have the right to attend meetings of full council, cabinet and other committees – except where confidential information or exempt information is likely to be disclosed.
See calendars and agendas for public meetings. Public meetings take place on the first floor of City Hall, accessible by the main staircase or lifts from main reception. Please access the building via our main entrance on St Peters Street or Bethel Street where there is level access.
