Every application is checked. A detailed site inspection is made to assess the impact of the proposed development. Applications are considered in the light of:
- The development plan, local finance considerations; and
- Material considerations including the National Planning Policy Framework (GOV.UK), any emerging policies, any relevant supplementary planning documents and other material considerations
