There are 15 council-owned community centres across Norwich. Each centre is run by an independent community association made up of local volunteers who are driven by their dedication and commitment to the community.
Centre volunteers are responsible for running the building, to offer the public a safe, friendly and welcoming venue for social, recreational and educational activities at affordable prices. Some of the centres are also available for private hire.
While the centres are owned by Norwich City Council who maintains the fabric of the building; it is the volunteers who work hard to make sure their centre is vibrant and remains sustainable.
If you would like to hire a room or run an activity, please contact the individual centre concerned to discuss availability and costs.
