Norwich City Services Ltd (NCSL) clear leaves from the streets in Norwich as part of the scheduled sweeping programme.
We are currently reorganising the street cleaning programme, so are unable to provide an exact street cleaning schedule at present.
We do not clear leaves from private roads, driveways or forecourts.
When you make a request for leaves to be cleared
Please provide:
- the street name
- exact location of the problem
- full description of the problem
Request that a street is cleaned
Autumn leaf fall season
During autumn, when there is heavy leaf fall, additional resources are provided to clear the bulk of the leaves from streets.
Priority is given to streets with the heaviest leaf fall, such as those that are tree-lined and next to parks and open spaces.
