Statement of intent
Norwich City Council will enforce parking regulations fairly, lawfully and without discrimination. It will organise this enforcement in a manner that is proportionate to the need for traffic management in Norwich.
Civil parking enforcement
In partnership with Norfolk Parking Partnership, Norwich City Council will adopt the Civil Parking Enforcement Guidance Manual November 2011, found on Norfolk County Council's Civil parking enforcement page, and any subsequent amendments.
