To apply for a Go4Less card, you will need to provide the following proofs. These can be provided as a JPG, PDF or Word file, with a maximum file size 4Mb.
Proof of address
Should be dated within the last 3 months, and can be one of the following:
- Bank statement
- Household bill
- Mortgage agreement
- Tenancy agreement
Proof of eligibility
Can be one of the following:
- Income Support – recent award letter
- Working Tax Credit (low income category) – NHS exemption certificate or card
- Universal Credit
- Council tax reduction scheme – council tax bill or recent letter of confirmation from Norwich City Council (25 per cent discount for single occupancy does not apply)
- Housing benefit – recent letter of confirmation from Norwich City Council
- Income related Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) – recent letter from the Benefit Agency
- A full time student 16+ – letter on headed paper from tutor/teacher confirming full time education
- Norwich residents of bus pass entitlement age or disabled residents who meet the bus pass criteria – bus pass or proof of eligibility for a bus pass
- Dependants of the above (three years old and over) - Child Benefit confirmation letter, child tax credit letter or birth certificate
