The Go4Less card is a free sport, leisure and culture discount card which allows up to 50 per cent discount at council facilities, as well as various activities and events around the city.
The Go4Less card is available to Norwich City Council residents who are:
- full-time students aged 16 or over
- eligible for a national bus pass
- on a government training scheme
- in receipt of one of the following:
- income support
- council tax or housing benefit
- working tax credit (low income category)
- income related job seekers allowance
- Universal Credit
Dependants of anyone eligible for a Go4Less card will be issued cards from three years of age.
Cards are valid for one year and then will need to be renewed. Please note, when renewing your Go4Less card you may be asked to provide suitable documents to confirm that you are still eligible.
If you have lost your Go4Less card you can request a replacement. Please note that there is a £5 fee for each card replacement.
