- 7,428 flats (one and two bedrooms) and maisonettes (which mostly have have three bedrooms)
- 5,890 houses (which mostly have three bedrooms)

- 145 homes sold through the Right to Buy Scheme.
Repairs and upgrades
Number of repairs completed (non-urgent and emergency) = 35,805, which includes:
- 292 new kitchens installed
- 463 new bathrooms installed
- 680 new heating systems installed
- 743 electrical upgrades completed
- 41 properties had external doors replaced
- 78 properties had new windows fitted
- 37 properties had a new roof fitted
Average cost, per property, of:
- New kitchen - £5,825
- New bathroom - £3,905
- New heating system - £3,333
Adaptations
- More than 1.66m was spent on 289 major adaptations to homes for people with disabilities.
Energy efficiency
We have continued our programme of boiler, window and door replacements and insulation improvements, targeting the lowest performing stock for energy efficiency.
312 properties had loft/cavity wall insulation upgrades.
The average energy performance of our homes on the scale of A to G is 69.61 which is in the C range (69-80). Where A is very energy efficient, with lower running costs and G is not energy efficient with higher running costs.
Fire safety
Fire risk assessments (FRAs) are required for blocks of flats with shared/communal areas – inside a block this could include corridors, stairways, door entrances, communal rooms or refuse storage areas.
The FRA covers the shared areas up to entrance doors of each flat within a block.
Norwich City Council (NCC) have carried out FRAs to all our blocks (over 1500 low-high rise) with another 800+ blocks requiring an assessment of the external wall systems only.
NCC are rolling out a front door replacement programme in the 2024, to ensure all such doors which are required to be a fire door, are fully compliant.
