Tenants' Annual Report 2022-23

Introduction

Our latest annual report covers the housing service’s performance from April 2022 to March 2023 – a year that we brought our housing repairs and maintenance service under more direct council control and were also busy preparing for the introduction of the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023.

Looking ahead, the council remains committed to ensuring that our service is ready to deliver against the requirements of the Social Housing (Regulation) Act and that we are listening to you, our tenants to achieve that. We have a proud history of providing council homes and continue to plan for the future demands on our social housing stock.
