Here are just some of the ways in which we gather your views on the housing service which help us change and improve what we do.
Viewpoint Research
This independent research company carries out phone interviews every three months with 250 tenants chosen at random. They ask the same four questions each time so we can get up to date information and compare our performance over the year. If you are asked to take part in this survey your response to the survey is entirely anonymous.
Thank you to everyone that has taken part in a survey so far.
New tenants
When people first move into one of our homes they are asked what they thought of the moving in process and their new home.
Aid or adaptation
Any tenant who benefits from work to their home to help them with access is asked if it met their need and has helped them in their home.
Money or budget advice
We survey tenants to find out what they thought of the support and advice they received from us.
Repairs
When a repair is completed we survey tenants to find out if they are satisfied with the quality of work carried out and the conduct of the contractors.
Antisocial behaviour complaint
We survey all tenants who have contacted us with a complaint after their case has been closed, to find out if they were happy with the way their case was dealt with.
