If you are unable to move your wheelie bins or food caddy for collection, and no one in your household can help, you may be eligible for an assisted collection service.
When applying, please tell us in detail why you need help. In some cases, we may need to visit your property to assess your request.
We will review your application and contact you within 20 working days
You can also use this form to:
- cancel an existing assisted collection agreement
- respond to a review letter
