This form is for existing customers of the garden waste service to change their bin for a different size.
We recommend you request a change at least two weeks before your renewal date.
When you do this, your current collection service will be cancelled and a new subscription reflecting your bin change will be set up from your next collection date.
If you currently pay by Direct Debit this will be cancelled. Call 0344 980 3333 if you have any questions.
Annual bin charges
When you complete the form you will need to make a payment online:
- Standard 240 litre bin - £65.00
- Small 180 litre bin - £49.00
Please note, anyone requesting to change from a 180 litre wheelie bin to a 240 litre one might receive a pre-used bin, rather than a new one. This also applies to anyone who needs a new garden waste bin due to it being damaged etc.
Payment is for the garden waste collection service, rather than the bin provided.
