Digital inclusion

Help getting online

Norwich City Council is committed to helping all Norwich residents to get online. We work in partnership with local agencies to make sure that everyone feels confident in using technology, has good basic digital skills and is able to access the internet close to their home.

There are lots of benefits to going online – from finding local information, to keeping in touch with others, to shopping and banking, and applying for jobs and benefits. So whether it is your first time, or you would like to improve your existing skills, or even just learn how to use your smartphone better – we can help.
