Please use this form to make a complaint about a council service and not to report an issue.

All complaints are investigated and taken seriously.
You will need to provide:
- your contact details
- the area of the council your complaint is related to
- details about your complaint
- what you would like us to do next
If you are providing a lot of detail about your complaint, please prepare this beforehand and save it to your computer/device to either copy and paste into the the form or upload as a document (ie Word, PDF or JPG).
Important
Once you have started, you must continue to the end and submit the form. Please note that you only have 30 minutes to fill out each page and you will not be able to come back to the form at a later time because your answers will not be saved.
