Use this form to report:
- a missed collection
- bins not returned correctly (however, if your bin has gone missing use the replacement bin form here: Request a replacement bin/container - Norwich City Council)
- bins left out in the street
- mess left on the street after a collection
You must report a missed collection within 2 working days of your collection day. If not, your waste or recycling will need to be placed out with your next collection.
Biffa will return within 1 working day to pick up a justified missed collection, except for electrical items, textiles or batteries. These will need to be put out again on your next collection day.
Please note that when you start the form you must continue to the end and submit it. You only have 30 minutes to fill out each page and you will not be able to save the form and come back later.
