Planning fees
When submitting a planning application it is essential that the correct fee is provided. An application cannot be validated without it.

How to pay
You can pay your application fee by debit or credit card online as part of making an application on the Planning Portal.
Alternatively:
- Pay by cheque made payable to Norwich City Council and sent to: Planning Services, Norwich City Council, City Hall, Norwich, NR2 1NH.
- If you already have an application registered with us (application reference format: YY/01234/LETTER) you can pay us directly using a debit or credit card:
