Use this form if you require a large (360L) black refuse bin, or if you need to replace your existing 360L refuse bin because it is missing or damaged.
You can only apply for a large 360L refuse bin if there are five or more permanent residents in your household and you recycle using your blue bin and food caddy.
If you meet these criteria, the charge for the replacement bin is £40 and this is non-refundable.
Payment
We charge for all replacement black and blue bins, whether or not they are lost or stolen or for any other reason. This fee covers the price of the bin as well as our administration and delivery costs.
Please note that you only have 30 minutes to complete each page. Your answers will not be saved until you submit the form, so once you have started you must continue to the end. You cannot leave the form and come back to it later.
