An emergency repair is something that needs to fixed quickly because it is a danger to health or safety.
If your home needs an emergency repair, you should contact us as soon as possible by calling 0344 980 333 between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) To report an emergency outside of these times, please call 01603 412 180.
For non-emergency repairs use this form
