How are we doing?

New Tenant Satisfaction Measures were introduced by the Government on 1 April 2023. These are designed to help to monitor how well landlords are doing at providing quality homes and services, and to help them understand how they can make improvements.

The most recent report is for the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 which you can read on the Tenant Satisfaction Measures page.
