Norwich City Council telephone number for all enquiriesYou can contact us from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday on 0344 980 3333. There is also an out of hours service on this line for emergencies. Calls are charged as 01 or 02 numbers, depending on your phone package. This means you can use mobile or landline 'inclusive' minutes to call us for free.
There is a free phone connection for contacting our services at each of the neighbourhood offices and at the customer contact centre in City Hall.

We have a number of neighbourhood offices in the Norwich area, and a customer contact centre at City Hall, where staff can help you with services, including:
- general housing advice
- benefits checking and verification
- council tax advice on waste, refuse collection and recycling services
- reporting antisocial behaviour and fly tipping incidents
- home options advice and assistance
- non-rechargeable repairs ordering
- use of free public telephone for contacting Norwich City Council services.
Please note that although payments cannot be taken at neighbourhood offices there are public access computers available for you to access the Do it online section on this website where you can make online payments.

Neighbourhood housing surgeriesIf you wish to discuss an issue or concern in greater detail, come to one of our weekly neighbourhood housing surgeries, held in various locations around the city, or get in touch with the customer contact team on 0344 980 3333 to arrange a home visit at a convenient time.
