City and County by-elections (2025)
Four by-elections will take place on Thursday 1 May, as resignations have been received for the following councillors:
- Councillor Peter Prinsley (Bowthorpe ward)
- Councillor Gillian Francis (Sewell ward)
- Councillor Jamie Osborn (Mancroft ward/Mancroft division*).
* Please note that Councillor Jamie Osborn has resigned his position with both Norwich City Council and Norfolk County Council, triggering two by-elections in the Mancroft ward/Mancroft division.

Norfolk County Council by-election
Polling Stations
Full maps of the location of the polling stations in the three wards and division are available. Please note you can only vote at the polling station that is listed on your poll card. A postal vote should be posted back to the council accordingly. However, if you miss the post it can handed in at any polling station in the ward on election day.
