We provide a paid-for collection service for large or bulky household items from residential properties.
This service is not available to businesses/landlords.
Before you ask us to collect an unwanted large household item, can you get rid of it in another way?
- if it's in good condition, donate it to someone who could reuse it
- take it to your nearest recycling centre

We only collect large free-standing household items such as fridges, freezers, mattresses and furniture. See items we will and won't collect.
Please note that bulky waste does not include plastic sacks of rubbish, DIY or hazardous waste.

Refunds
The charges are non-refundable eg if someone else takes the items from outside your property before our operatives arrive.
On collection day
Items to be collected must be placed on the edge of your property, nearest to the road, by 6:30am on your allocated collection day.
If you live in a flat, the items must be left on the ground floor, outside the building, where the collection team can easily identify them.
